使用油菜茎基溃疡病菌(Leptosphaeria maculans)特异性引物LmacF/LmacR对一批来自新西兰的青菜种子进行PCR检测,结果呈弱阳性;进一步挑选皱缩、干瘪、变色、小粒、残缺或有霉变的异常种子,PCR扩增后得到清晰的目标条带。挑选的异常种子经病菌分离和菌落纯化后获得3个菌株,其培养性状及形态特征与L.maculans相符,测序结果证实3个菌株均为L.maculans,此为我国口岸检疫部门从大规模商业引种中截获L.maculans的首次报道。
A batch of Leptosphaeria maculans-specific primers, LmacF / LmacR, was used to detect a group of cabbage seeds from New Zealand. The result was weakly positive.
