一、前言水剂清洗防锈液曾经是我们的一个研究项目。本项目要求研制一种清洗防锈水溶液,在室温或加温下使用。可以将汽车发动机曲轴在精抛光后的介质(95份煤油加5份三号定子油)中清洗干净,无油感。以及将发动机缸体在有关工序和总装前所粘附的机械杂质、油污、乳化液等清洗干净,无油污感。并使清洗过的曲轴和缸体,在工序间有七到十天防锈期。通过实验室试验和有关工厂的生产试验,基本确定了有实用性的几种水剂清洗防锈液。
