十六大报告的灵魂是“三个代表”重要思想,核心内容是全面建设小康社会,加快推进社会主义现代化,为开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面而奋斗。江西认真学习和深刻领会十六大报告的基本精神,最重要、最关键的就是坚持解放思想、实事求是的思想路线,弘扬与时俱进、开拓创新的时代精神,全面贯彻“三个代表”重要思想,按照十六大提出的新世纪奋斗目标,紧密结合江西实际,同心同德,团结奋进,进一步扎扎实实地做好改革发展稳定的各项工作。
