过去人们研定和发展粘结固体膜润滑剂主要是适应航空、空间和国防工业的需要。然而近年来,它们的使用已扩展到许多别的商品领域。在今天的世界上这些润滑剂已是如此重要,以致于日常生活中若没有它们将是无法想像的。本文给出了粘结固体润滑剂在商品领域中的实际应用和用途,並讨论了它们使用中的一些考虑。为了满足商品领域中的严格技术要求,不仅需要高质量的固体润滑刑,而且需要相当简便而又先进的工艺过程技术。本文详细探讨了在照相和汽车制造业的特殊使用中粘结固体润滑剂所使用的预处理类型及其对磨损寿命的影响。
In the past, people researched and developed bonded solid film lubricants mainly to meet the needs of aviation, space and defense industries. However, their use has expanded in recent years to many other commodity areas. In today’s world these lubricants are so important that it would have been inconceivable without them in everyday life. This article presents practical applications and uses of bonded solid lubricants in the commercial area and discusses some considerations in their use. In order to meet the stringent technical requirements in the field of goods, not only high-quality solid-lubricant sentences are required, but also rather simple and advanced process technology. This article examines in detail the types of pretreatments used for the bonding of solid lubricants in the special use of photographic and automotive manufacturing and their impact on wear life.
