目前,共面微带结构的LiNbO_3光波导调制器的研究已渐趋成熟。本文考虑利用鳍线结构实现微波对光波的行波调制。通过对LiNbO_3晶片为基底的鳍线结构的各参量的分析计算表明这种结构是可行的并可能实现在更高频率上的调制。
At present, the study of coplanar microstrip LiNbO_3 optical waveguide modularizer has matured. In this paper, the use of fin structure to achieve microwave light wave modulation. The analysis and calculation of each parameter of the fin line structure based on LiNbO_3 wafer indicate that this structure is feasible and it is possible to realize modulation at higher frequencies.
