本文研究了几种金属材料:铝、磷铜、无氧铜、银铜、不锈钢、镍和钽做为CO激光器电极对激光气体稳定性的影响.通过对放电后电极表面附着物的分析,得到了电极表面变化的信息,并可以以此为依据来选择合适的电极材料.我们发现钽是一种较好的CO激光器电极材料.
In this paper, the effects of several metallic materials, such as aluminum, phosphor bronze, oxygen-free copper, silver-copper, stainless steel, nickel and tantalum on the stability of the laser gas were investigated.According to the analysis of electrode surface attachments after discharge, The information of electrode surface changes can be used to select the appropriate electrode material.We found that tantalum is a better CO laser electrode material.
