用一期法(APTT)测定45例新生儿硬肿症患儿血浆凝血因子Ⅷ活性(FⅧ:C),结果患儿血浆FⅧ:C水平明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01);重度硬肿血浆FⅦ:C水平明显低于轻中度硬肿组(P<0.01);伴出血患儿,FⅧ:C明显低于无出血患儿,血小板计数亦明显降低。肛温低于36℃患儿,其肛温与FⅧ:C呈显著正相关(r=0.58,P<0.01)。结果显示:新生儿硬肿症多伴有凝血异常。同时提出可用FⅧ;C和TC平行法做为新生儿硬肿症凝血异常的早期筛检指标之一。
The activity of plasma FⅧ: C in 45 neonates with scleroderma was measured by the one-step method (APTT). Results The plasma FⅧ: C level was significantly lower than that of the normal control group (P <0.01) The level of plasma FⅦ: C in the swollen plasma was significantly lower than that in the mild to moderate swollen group (P <0.01). In children with hemorrhage, FⅧ: C was significantly lower than that in the non-hemorrhaged children, and the platelet count was also significantly lower. Rectal temperature was below 36 ℃ in children, the rectal temperature and F Ⅷ: C was significantly correlated (r = 0.58, P <0.01). The results show: neonatal sclerosing often accompanied by coagulation abnormalities. At the same time, it can be used as FⅧ; C and TC parallel method as one of the early screening indicators of neonatal sclerema coagulation abnormalities.
