本文介绍了从土壤中钢电极的弱极化数据直接求算钢腐蚀速度的截距法的基本原理;提出了截距法的测试步骤。描述了以16Mn 钢为试样,以滨海盐土和苏打盐土为供试介质,所进行的截距法和失重法的对比测试;初步结果表明,当土壤水分饱和或接近饱和时,16Mn 钢的腐蚀过程才为氧浓差极化所控制,此时才能用截距法求算腐蚀速度,所得结果与失重法基本一致。
This paper introduces the basic principle of calculating the intercept method of steel corrosion speed directly from the weak polarization data of steel electrode in soil and proposes the testing procedure of intercept method. The 16Mn steel was used as the sample, the coastal saline soil and soda salt soil were used as the test medium, and the intercept method and weight loss method were compared. The preliminary results showed that when the soil moisture saturated or nearly saturated, the corrosion of 16Mn steel The process is controlled by the oxygen concentration polarization, then the intercept method can calculate the corrosion rate, the results obtained are basically the same with the weight loss method.
