与高等职业院校共生共荣的辅导员队伍当前存在的问题主要有:辅导员职数配备不足、辅导员本身专业知识不够、自我认知困惑——角色不清。究其原因,一是社会上对辅导员认识不足,二是辅导员上升通道及出路问题给予他们无形的压力。解决的对策包括加强党委领导,通过把好辅导员入口关,加强培训、提高高职辅导员自身素质。提升辅导员在工作过程中的话语权,确实解决好辅导员的职称问题,给予辅导员一定的待遇倾斜。
Co-existence and co-prosperity with higher vocational colleges counselors currently have problems: inadequate counselors with the number of staff, counselors lack of professional knowledge, self-cognitive confusion - the role of unclear.
