钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构已经成为高层住宅主流的结构体系,以其经济性和实用性著称,是我国各地区高层住宅中使用最多的结构形式之一。但由于现有技术的限制,其在经济性上还有待提高。想要通过有限的技术和材料,在确保结构工程的安全性和功能性的基础上,对钢筋混凝土剪力墙的优化设计还是具有一定的必要性的。文章就实际工程中遇到的问题进行分析和阐述,对高层住宅剪力墙结构的优化设计提出了一些建议,望对提高我国高层建筑剪力墙结构的经济合理性设计有一定帮助。
Reinforced concrete shear wall structure has become the mainstream high-rise residential structure system, known for its economy and practicality, which is one of the most widely used high-rise residential structures in various regions of China. However, due to the limitations of the prior art, its economy still needs to be improved. It is still necessary to optimize the design of reinforced concrete shear walls on the basis of ensuring the safety and functionality of structural engineering through limited technologies and materials. The article analyzes and expounds the problems encountered in the actual project, and puts forward some suggestions on the optimal design of the shear wall structure in high-rise residential buildings. It is helpful to improve the economic rationality design of the shear wall structure of high-rise buildings in our country.
