一、概述 1.实测的意义:摇床和跳汰机工作效果的好坏,影响因素很多,重要因素之一是它们的运动规律:位移曲线,速度曲线和加速度曲线。运动曲线可以用图解或其它方法由床头机构尺寸算出。问题在于机构中各零件联结处不可兔的间隙,运动中的冲击及弹簧零件等因素对运动曲线均有影响,它们是计算方法无法考虑到的。实际机器运转起来的动态特性是怎样的?这是重选设备运动分析中最关心的问题。对它们进行实测不仅能反映机器的动态特性,而且快。这在研究机构中各零件尺寸
