为解决智能变电站智能电子装置(IED)运行维护困难、网络安全防护薄弱等问题,提出了一种测控装置在线监测系统设计及应用方案。针对110 kV测控装置,建立了CPU、内存和硬盘等元器件的在线监测IEC 61850信息模型,搭建了测控装置监测主子站系统,并给出了设备状态评估方案,开发了一套110 kV测控在线监测原型系统,验证方案的可行性。在此基础上,完成测控装置配置、固件和定值的远程监视和校核、设备入侵监测以及远程更新等应用功能的设计,为智能变电站调控一体和远程运维提供技术支撑。
In order to solve the problems of operation and maintenance of intelligent electronic devices (IEDs) in smart substations and the weakness of network security protection, a design and application scheme of on-line monitoring system for monitoring and control equipment was proposed.
