近年来,随着社会经济的快速发展,影响经济社会和谐稳定的各类问题日益凸显,经济类犯罪手段和手法愈发隐蔽,愈发难以监督。加之县委、县政府提出了举全民之力建设“五新”白水和“双万双百”工程,同时也给该县反贪工作提出了新的要求,新的标准。作为基层检察院,面对新形势、新任务、新挑战,如何更好更快充分履行法律监督职能,加大反贪力度,如何为县域经济保驾护航,服务于经济建设,为社会发展提供更加有力的司法保障,既是党委要求,也是全县人民的殷殷期盼,更是对检察机关执法能力和服务能力的考验。基层检察机关必须增强大局意识、服务意识,不断提升服务水平,处理和把握好打击与服务的关系。
