检察机关依法查处贪污贿赂,是着力加强反腐倡廉建设工作的一项长期战略任务,也是推进廉政建设,保障经济社会发展的重要手段。为了深入贯彻落实依法治国基本方略、中央和省委关于党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的决策部署,全面推进全省检察机关反贪污贿赂工作,促进惩治和预防腐败体系建设,安徽省十二届人大常委会第五次会议听取和审议了全省检察机关反贪污贿赂工作情况报告,并作出“关于加强全省检察机关反贪污贿赂工作的决议”。
Procuratorial organs investigating corruption and bribery in accordance with the law are a long-term strategic task aimed at intensifying the work on combating corruption and building a clean government. They are also an important means of promoting the building of an honest and clean government and safeguarding economic and social development. In order to thoroughly implement the basic principle of governing the country according to law, the central authorities and provincial Party committees made decisions and arrangements regarding the building of party conduct and an honest government and the fight against corruption, comprehensively pushed forward the work of anti-corruption and bribery in procuratorial organs throughout the province, and promoted the construction of a system of punishment and prevention of corruption. The 12th The fifth meeting of the NPC Standing Committee listened to and considered the report on the work of anti-corruption and bribery conducted by the procuratorial organs in the province and made the “Resolution on Strengthening Anti-corruption and Bribery in the Procuratorial Organs of the Province.”
