In recent years, “power purchase subsidy rates” (FITs) have been a buzzword in the field of solar policy. With the exception of the United States, many countries and provinces have adopted FITs policies because they have made significant strides in the United States. However, many states in the United States have upgraded the solar market based on the “Solar Renewable Energy Credit” (SRECs) trade. SRECs are trade credits representing a thousand degrees of solar power and in Delaware, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, energy suppliers must accumulate a certain amount of SREC to meet the needs of a generation Survival needs. The value of credibility is based on supply and demand. If a state lacks solar power resources, the state’s SREC prices will be higher, thus stimulating its rapid development; if the solar power supply oversupply, SREC prices will decline. If power suppliers can not meet their supply targets, they will have to pay their own fines.
