为了研究盐碱环境对苜蓿叶片过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)三种同工酶活性的影响,以14个不同品种的苜蓿(分别编号为1~14)为研究对象,对幼苗进行复合盐碱胁迫下酶活性的测定。结果表明:在复合盐碱胁迫条件下14个不同品种苜蓿的酶活性呈现显著增加的趋势,苜蓿通过维持较高的POD、CAT和SOD抗氧化酶活性来减少盐害,适应环境;抗复合盐碱强弱顺序为1>2>10>5>9>4>8>3>14>11>7>12>3>6。
In order to study the effects of salinization on the activities of three isoenzymes of peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in alfalfa leaves, 14 different alfalfa cultivars Numbered 1 ~ 14) as the research object, the enzyme activity of seedlings under salt stress was determined. The results showed that the enzyme activities of 14 different alfalfa cultivars showed a significant increase under compound saline-alkali stress conditions. Alfalfa decreased the salt damage and adaptation to the environment by maintaining higher antioxidant enzyme activities of POD, CAT and SOD. The order of alkali strength is 1> 2> 10> 5> 9> 4> 8> 3> 14> 11> 7> 12> 3> 6.
