创新思维的培养是新时期素质教育人才的前提与根基。面点行业为了紧跟时代发展的步伐,更好地适应社会市场的灵魂与核心,同时也为了培养创新型人才,就必须在教学过程中关注对学生创新思维的培养。从激发学习兴趣、多元化教学方法,以及提高技能水平三个方面入手,对培养创新思维的路径展开探讨与分析,望能够更好地适应社会发展需求,提高学生职业素养,面向社会输送符合岗位需求的创新型人才。
The cultivation of innovative thinking is the premise and foundation of quality education talents in the new era. In order to keep pace with the development of the times, to better adapt to the soul and core of the social market and to cultivate innovative talents, the pasta industry must pay attention to the cultivation of innovative thinking in the teaching process.
