目的:比较黄芩生品及不同炮制品中三种黄酮类成分的含量差异。方法:采用HPLC反相C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以H2O-MEOH-H3PO4溶剂系统梯度洗脱,检测波长为276 nm。结果:黄芩生品及不同炮制品中三种黄酮类成分的含量存在明显差异。结论:不同炮制品中黄芩苷和黄芩苷元含量不同,为临床用药提供科学的依据。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the differences in the content of three flavonoids in raw materials and different processed products of Radix Astragali. METHODS: A HPLC reverse phase C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The gradient elution was performed using H2O-MEOH-H3PO4 solvent system. The detection wavelength was 276 nm. RESULTS: There were significant differences in the contents of the three flavonoids in raw and processed products of Radix Astragali. Conclusion: The content of baicalin and baicalin in different processed products is different, which provides scientific basis for clinical use.
