盐酸氯丙嗪控释片由醋酸纤维素微孔膜包衣制得。该片在体外具有恒定的释药速率,且可随包衣膜的厚度不同而改变。家犬的单剂量及连续给药试验表明,本控释片能在24h 内维持恒定的血药浓度,对比一般片剂,两者的生物利用度相接近。
Chlorpromazine hydrochloride controlled release tablets from cellulose acetate microporous membrane coating system. The tablets have a constant drug release rate in vitro and can vary with the thickness of the coating film. Single-dose domestic dogs and continuous administration test showed that the controlled release tablets in 24h to maintain a constant plasma concentration, compared with the general tablet, the bioavailability close to both.
