目的通过对恶性胸腔积液护理模式的流程化管理分析,寻找新的护理模式。方法针对109例恶性胸腔积液制定护理流程图,对流程化管理各个环节及护理要素施加护理干预,进行总结、分析。结果术后出现相关并发症的概率明显减少。结论我科制定的护理模式能够有效提高护理质量,是一种有效、值得推广的护理模式。
Objective To find a new nursing model through the process management analysis of the nursing model of malignant pleural effusion. Methods 109 cases of malignant pleural effusion to develop nursing flow chart, the various aspects of the process management and nursing factors to impose nursing intervention, to summarize and analyze. Results The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly reduced. Conclusion The nursing model developed by our department can effectively improve the quality of nursing. It is an effective and worthwhile promotion mode of nursing.
