蘑菇培养料的制备是蘑菇栽培过程中的一个重要组成部分,培养料质量的优劣直接关系到蘑菇产量的高低。本文研究了应用蘑菇增温剂制备培养料的技术,并从蘑菇产量方面与常规发酵和二次发酵技术进行了比较。材料与方法 (一)蘑菇增温剂本所制备。 (二)菌种“152”菌种和气生型菌种。 (三)培养料二次发酵按常规方法进行。
Preparation of mushroom culture material is an important part of mushroom cultivation process, the quality of culture material is directly related to the level of mushroom production. In this paper, we studied the technology of using mushroom warming agent to prepare culture material, and compared with the conventional fermentation and secondary fermentation from the aspects of mushroom yield. Materials and methods (A) mushroom warming agent prepared. (B) strain “152” strains and gas-producing bacteria. (C) culture material secondary fermentation by conventional methods.
