杭政办函〔2015〕175号各区、县(市)人民政府,市政府各部门、各直属单位:为深化行政审批制度改革,加强事中事后监管,根据《国务院办公厅关于创新投资管理方式建立协同监管机制的若干意见》(国办发〔2015〕12号)、《浙江省人民政府办公厅关于深化审批制度改革切实加强事中事后监管的意见》(浙政办发〔2015〕75号)等文件精神,经市政府同意,结合我市实际,制定如下实施意见:
HangZhou Office letter [2015] 175th District, county (city) people’s government, municipal government departments and units under their subordinates: In order to deepen the reform of the administrative examination and approval system, strengthen the matter after the supervision, according to “the State Council General Office on innovative investment management Opinions on Establishing a Collaborative Supervision Mechanism ”(Guo Ban Fa [2015] No.12), Opinions of the General Office of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government on Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Approval System and Practically Strengthening the Supervision after the Matters (Zhezheng Ban Fa [2015] No.75 ) And other documents, with the consent of the municipal government, combined with the actual city, the formulation of the implementation of the views as follows:
