公共事业单位开展绩效管理的构建,就是要充分调动起广大职工对工作的积极性与主动性,从绩效管理系统中将员工的潜能充分的发挥出来。在新时期的发展进程中,开展以能为本的绩效管理系统是当前管理工作中的重要内容之一,在社会上也得到了广泛的认可,在广大管理者的心中,已经将适度的衡量作为管理工作的首要前提,由此可知绩效管理在公共事业单位中是具有十分重要的意义的。本文重点从以能为本的角度对如何在公共事业单位中构建绩效管理系统展开了探讨,希望对今后管理者的相关工作提供一定的帮助。
