笔者自参加工作以来,一直从事高中英语教学工作。通过这几年的教学实践,不仅积累了大量的教学经验,自身的专业水平也得到了质的提升。以下是笔者在教学工作中的点滴体会。一、职高英语教学目前的现状(一)学生基础差,落后面较大由于职高学生大多数是中考“落榜者”或未参加中考者,他们的英语基础普遍较差,对英语几乎毫无兴趣可言,因此他们升入职高学校后在英语学习上存在较大的困难。(二)学生认识不足,缺乏学习动机
