国家提出素质教育概念以来,人们对基础教育阶段英语语法教学的必要性和方法存有质疑。于是大家都一窝蜂地进行所谓的素质教育,过度强调课堂气氛,主张所谓的语言习得,完全背离了中国的实际。这样的结果是课堂表面上热闹非凡,实际上学生不但没有学到语言知识,并且由于缺乏必要的语言基础,语言运用能力的提高也成为浮云。在这种情况下,许多有识之士提出要“回归”语法教学,提倡在学好语法知识的前提下提高运用能力。笔者认为教师一定要树立正确的语法教学观点。首先,让学生了解学习英语语法是语言课程中必不可少的部
Since the country put forward the concept of quality education, people have questioned the necessity and method of English grammar teaching in elementary education stage. As a result, everyone swarmed so-called quality education and overemphasized the atmosphere in the classroom, claiming that so-called language acquisition completely departed from China’s reality. As a result, the classroom was bustling on the surface. In fact, students not only failed to learn the knowledge of language, but also increased their ability to use the language due to the lack of necessary language. Under such circumstances, many people of insight put forward “grammar teaching” to “return to” and advocate improving the ability of using the grammar knowledge.
