用Y型籽晶悬浮区熔法制取位向差为7°、9°、12°的双晶,其晶界平直、位错密度低,适合于进行晶界性能的研究。用电子束焊接法可以制取位向差大的双晶,但得到的晶界不平直。
The twin crystals with different orientation differences of 7 °, 9 ° and 12 ° were prepared by the melt method of Y-type seed suspension. The grain boundaries were straight and the dislocation density was low, which was suitable for the study of the grain boundary properties. Electron beam welding method can be prepared with a large twin difference, but the grain boundaries are not straight.
