我区从2012年起在国家和自治区统一部署下,大力畅通农村和贫困地区学子纵向流动渠道,实施重点高校面向贫困地区定向招生专项计划,专项计划在我区的招生规模和招生院校范围逐年扩大,进一步促进教育公平。截止目前,我区专项计划共分为四类:一是由中央部门高校和地方“211工程”高校为主的本科第一批招生学校承担的农村贫困地区定向招生专项计划(简称“国家专项计划”),该计划相当于原来的国贫计划;二是由教育部直属高校和其他自主招生试点高
