In 2002, Ms. He Muqun, who lived overseas for more than half a century, ended her life in Paris and returned home to settle. That year, the Shanghai Art Museum organized a retrospective solo exhibition and made a more comprehensive presentation of the works it brought back from Paris spanning more than 40 years. The exhibition responded very well, not only the audience liked her works very much, but also the domestic art circles including the collectors
