目的 探讨p16、p15基因的纯合性缺失与子宫颈癌发生及发展的相关性。方法 本文采用PCR技术对 5 7例治疗前子宫颈癌组织的 p16、p15基因的纯合性缺失进行检测。结果 p16的纯合性缺失率为 15 7% ( 9 5 7) ,Ⅰ Ⅲ期宫颈癌的不同病理类型均有 p16基因的缺失 ,但没有显著性差异。p15基因未发现缺失。 结论 p16基因的纯合性缺失与子宫颈癌的发生有关 ,未发现缺失p15基因
Objective To investigate the relationship between the homozygous deletion of p16 and p15 genes and the occurrence and development of cervical cancer. Methods In this study, the homozygous deletion of p16 and p15 genes in 57 pre-treatment cervical cancer tissues was detected by PCR. Results The homozygous deletion rate of p16 was 15 7% (957). There was no significant difference in p16 gene expression in different pathological types of stage Ⅰ-Ⅲ cervical cancer. No deletion of p15 gene was found. Conclusion The homozygous deletion of p16 gene is related to the occurrence of cervical cancer, and no deletion of p15 gene was found
