目的研究槐叶萍[Salvinia natans(L.)All.]养殖水的抑藻效应及抑制机制。方法将不同浓度5%、10%、20%和40%槐叶萍养殖水作用于7.5×105cells/m L的铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa),测定其对藻细胞的溶藻率、电导率、藻液核酸和蛋白含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性等的影响。结果40%处理组第4 d的抑制率达100%,5%处理组第7 d的抑制率达65%,藻细胞溶藻率、电导率、藻液中核酸含量,蛋白含量,以及藻细胞MDA含量均随养殖水浓度的增大而升高,SOD酶活性随着槐叶萍养殖水浓度增大先上升,然后又下降。结论槐叶萍养殖水通过改变藻细胞结构和胞内酶活性等抑制铜绿微囊藻的生长。
Objective To study the algal inhibitory and antimicrobial effects of the cultured water of Salvinia natans (L.) All. Methods Microcystis aeruginosa (7.5 × 105cells / mL) was treated with 5%, 10%, 20% and 40% , Nucleic acid and protein content of algal fluid, malondialdehyde (MDA) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. Results The inhibition rate of 40% treatment group on day 4 was 100%, that of 5% treatment group was 65% on the 7th day. The rates of algae algae leaching, conductivity, nucleic acid content in algae, protein content, MDA content increased with the increase of the concentration of breeding water, SOD activity increased with the concentration of Huai Ye Ping breeding water first increased, and then decreased. Conclusion The water of R. pseudoacacia culture can inhibit the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa by changing the structure of algal cells and the activity of intracellular enzymes.
