目的:总结中成药中人参皂苷类成分含量测定的研究情况,分析人参皂苷类成分检测可能遇到的干扰。选取5种含有人参皂苷类成分的不同剂型中成药,每种剂型选择2个中成药品种进行比较,对比不同剂型的中成药中人参皂苷类成分的HPLC含量测定方法,发现处方成分对人参皂苷类成分的含量测定具有不同的影响。中成药质量控制应依据不同情况,结合成分-功效评价深入研究,选择最适合的色谱系统,为含有人参皂苷类成分的中成药的质量控制提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the studies on the determination of ginsenosides in Chinese patent medicines, and to analyze the possible interference of ginsenosides detection.
