锚杆的作用是支撑破坏了的有裂缝的岩层,喷射混凝土则是起着防护、加固和支承顶上岩层的作用,喷锚支护可将两者的作用有效地结合起来。目前喷射混凝土支护,几乎完全可以进行机械化施工,而安装锚杆的机械化程度仍不够高,所以,在保持喷锚支护特点的前提下,减少锚杆的用量,就成为十分迫切的问题。全苏矿井建设组织与机械化科学研究所提出的改进喷射混凝土层与岩层的结合,以及加固周边岩层质量的方案是合理的。因此使用了10~20cm长的短混凝土锚杆,沿巷道周围钻浅眼(2~2.5个/m),将混凝土注入眼内即可制成这种锚杆。

The proposal for the improvement of the combination of the sprayed concrete layer and the rock formation and the reinforcement of the surrounding rock formation quality proposed by the Quanzhou Mine Construction Organization and the Mechanization Science Research Institute is reasonable. Therefore, a short concrete anchor rod with a length of 10 to 20 cm is used, and shallow eyes (2 to 2.5 pieces/m) are drilled around the roadway. This kind of anchor rod can be made by injecting concrete into the eye.
