目的:对应用枸橼酸铋钾与泮托拉唑联合对患有胃溃疡疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法:将我院收治的86例患有胃溃疡疾病的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组43例。单纯应用枸橼酸铋钾对对照组患者实施治疗;采用枸橼酸铋钾与泮托拉唑联合对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果:治疗组患者胃溃疡疾病治疗效果明显优于对照组;胃溃疡症状彻底消失时间、病灶彻底消失时间、用药计划实施总时间明显短于对照组;两组均没有出现任何药物不良反应。结论:应用枸橼酸铋钾与泮托拉唑联合对患有胃溃疡疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。
OBJECTIVE: To study the clinical effects of bismuth potassium citrate and pantoprazole in the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer disease. Methods: 86 cases of gastric ulcer disease admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with an average of 43 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with bismuth potassium citrate alone. Patients in the treatment group were treated with bismuth potassium citrate and pantoprazole. Results: The therapeutic effect of gastric ulcer disease in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. The symptom of gastric ulcer completely disappeared, the complete disappearance of the lesion, and the total time for the medication plan were significantly shorter than that of the control group. No adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups. CONCLUSIONS: The combination of bismuth potassium citrate and pantoprazole is effective in treating patients with gastric ulcer disease.
