我国近年来一直提倡“科教兴国,人才强国”战略。我国的教育事业也取得了巨大的进步,在社会迅速发展的今天,在经济、文化全球化的国际背景下,培养高水平人才,对我国的综合国力的提高有很大的作用。但是却有一些大学生实施犯罪行为,大学生所出现的一些问题,不得不越来越引起人们的重视。大学生违法犯罪的现象不断上升,且犯罪呈现多样化、复杂化的趋势。
In recent years, our country has been advocating the strategy of “rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country with talented people”. The education in our country has also made tremendous progress. With the rapid development of society and the international background of economy and cultural globalization, it is very important for our country to train top-level talents for our country’s overall national strength. However, there are some college students to commit criminal acts, some of the problems that students have emerged, have attracted more and more attention.
