法学学科是一门实践性很强的学科,实现法学教学与科研的协调发展,互相促进,是高等教育中一直保有生命力的话题。结合法学学科的自身特点,法学学科教学和科研,不仅可以做到协调发展,而且还能够推进精品化科研成果的产生。将案例法引入法学学科教学和科研工作中,既可以实现法学教育中将理论与实践、法条与案件相结合,又可以极大地催生出法学学科科研工作的问题意识。问题意识在实现法学学科教师教学相长的同时,激发教师的科研热情,使其能够把法学实践中的现实问题,纳入学术研究,提升自身的科研水平,又能够使教师和学生在法律实践中发现学术研究的新问题、在教学中教师与学生互动启发新观点,以此推动法学教学与科研协调发展精品化成果的发展。
