目的:探讨个性化健康教育在消化内科护理工作中的应用价值。方法:选取消化内科患者90例,随机分为观察组45例,对照组45例。对照组患者采取常规护理方式,观察组患者则在此基础上增加个性化健康教育,比较两组患者的依从性、焦虑程度、抑郁程度、睡眠质量及满意度。结果:观察组达标率为95.6%,对照组达标率为82.2%,观察组患者的依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者焦虑程度、抑郁程度均显著低于对照组,而睡眠质量及满意度则显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取个性化健康教育,能够有效改善消化内科临床护理效果,提高护理质量。
Objective: To explore the value of personalized health education in the nursing of digestive system. Methods: Ninety patients with gastroenterology were randomly divided into observation group (n = 45) and control group (n = 45). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. Patients in the observation group were given personalized health education based on the above results. Compliance, anxiety, depression, sleep quality and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The compliance rate was 95.6% in the observation group and 82.2% in the control group. The compliance of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The anxiety and depression of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, Sleep quality and satisfaction were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Taking personalized health education can effectively improve the clinical nursing effect of digestive medicine and improve the nursing quality.
