1目的 探讨原发性胃腺癌中 P5 3,bcl- 2及 nm2 3- H1蛋白的表达与肿瘤发展的关系。 2方法 应用免疫组织化学技术检测 85例原发性胃腺癌标本中 P5 3,bcl- 2及 nm2 3- H1蛋白的表达。 3结果 85例原发性胃腺癌标本中 ,P5 3蛋白阳性表达率为 41.18% ,进展期胃腺癌 P5 3蛋白阳性表达率高于早期胃腺癌 (χ2 =4.0 97,P<0 .0 5 ) ;淋巴结转移组高于未发生淋巴结转移组 (χ2 =11.0 16 ,P<0 .0 0 1)。bcl- 2蛋白阳性表达率为 5 2 .94% ,早期胃腺癌 bcl- 2蛋白阳性表达率高于进展期胃腺癌 (χ2 =6 .180 ,P<0 .0 5 )。 nm2 3- H1蛋白阳性表达率为 5 6 .47% ,早期胃腺癌 nm2 3- H1蛋白阳性表达率高于进展期胃腺癌 (χ2 =4.946 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,淋巴结转移组低于未发生淋巴结转移组 (χ2 =7.6 94,P<0 .0 5 )。P5 3蛋白高表达和 nm2 3- H1蛋白低表达与淋巴结转移有关 (χ2 =5 .30 6 ,P<0 .0 5 )。 4结论 bcl- 2蛋白与 P5 3蛋白通过不同的机制影响肿瘤细胞凋亡。原发性胃腺癌的发展是一个多基因作用的过程 ,P5 3蛋白高表达与 nm2 3- H1蛋白低表达在癌细胞的转移过程中既各自独立 ,又有协同作用
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of P53, bcl-2 and nm2 3-H1 protein and the development of tumor in primary gastric adenocarcinoma. 2 Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of P53, bcl-2 and nm2 3-H1 protein in 85 cases of primary gastric adenocarcinoma. 3 Results 85 cases of primary gastric adenocarcinoma specimens, P5 3 protein positive expression rate was 41.18%, advanced gastric adenocarcinoma P53 protein positive expression rate was higher than early gastric adenocarcinoma (χ2 = 4.0 97, P <0.05) The lymph node metastasis group was higher than the group without lymph node metastasis (χ2=11.016, P<0.01). The positive expression rate of bcl-2 protein was 52.94%. The positive expression rate of bcl-2 protein in early gastric adenocarcinoma was higher than that in advanced gastric adenocarcinoma (χ2=6.180, P<0.05). The positive rate of nm23-H1 protein expression was 56.47%. The positive expression rate of nm23-H1 protein in early gastric adenocarcinoma was higher than that in advanced gastric adenocarcinoma (χ2=4.946, P<0.05). The lymph node metastasis group was lower than No lymph node metastasis occurred (χ2 =7.694, P<0.05). The high expression of P53 protein and the low expression of nm23-H1 protein were associated with lymph node metastasis (χ2 = 5 .30 6 , P < 0.05). 4 Conclusion bcl-2 protein and P53 protein affect tumor cell apoptosis through different mechanisms. The development of primary gastric adenocarcinoma is a process of multiple genes. The high expression of P53 protein and the low expression of nm23-H1 protein are both independent and synergistic in the metastasis of cancer cells.
