目的 研究各种动力学因素对同步互穿网络 ( SIN)形成的影响 .方法 用傅里叶红外光谱法 ( FTIR)跟踪聚氨酯 ( PU)中 NCO基团及甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯 ( GMA)中C C基团特征吸收峰的变化 ,分别得到其转化率与时间曲线 .结果与结论 研究了互穿网络中各组分与纯组分反应情况的差异 ;SIN中 PU和 PGMA反应均为二级动力学反应 ,其反应活化能分别为 2 8.1和 3 5 .6k J/ mol;当改变 PU催化剂时 ,根据红外跟踪得到转化率曲线 ,由转化率与凝胶点之间的关系对不同的凝胶顺序作出判定
