本文在介绍了双缸滚动平面七杆机构的结构与组成的基础上,对该机构各铰点、外载作用点的位置坐标和各运动杆件、部件的受力状况作了详细分析,进而导出了在特定外载作用下,该机构各铰点内力和液压缸内力的通用计算式。
Based on the introduction of the structure and composition of the seven-bar mechanism with double-cylinder rolling plane, the position coordinates of each hinge point and external load point of the mechanism and the stress conditions of each moving bar and component are analyzed in detail. The general formulas for calculating the internal forces and the hydraulic cylinder internal forces at each hinge point of the mechanism under a specific external load are derived.
