现如今网络信息时代的快速建设,网络已经成为了当前普遍人群的购物中心,尤其是年轻人。不同于传统的购物形式,网上购物能够很快拓展消费途径、获得大量购物信息、越来越方便快捷、减少消费成本等特点,所以当前的网上购物的日交易量不断上升。但是网络具有虚拟性、不公开性、隐藏性、跨地区性,网上购物与现实生活中的购物形式完全不一样,在购物过程中常常出现很多损害消费者合法权益的行为,给消费的权益保护带来了严峻的挑战。如何加强对消费者在网上购物过程中消费权益的保护成为了当前亟需解决的问题。
