目的:探讨优化就诊流程对急诊科护理质量的影响。方法:浙江省丽水市中心医院急诊科自2013年7月开始优化就诊流程,将2013年1~6月期间急诊科未优化就诊流程收治的50例患者作为对照组,以2013年7~12月期间优化就诊流程后收治的50例患者作为观察组,比较两组就诊所需时间及患者满意度。结果:观察组就诊所需时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05),患者护理满意度和护理质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优化就诊流程能够明显缩短就诊时间,提高护理满意度和护理质量。
Objective: To explore the influence of optimized treatment process on the quality of emergency department nursing. Methods: The emergency department of Central Hospital of Lishui City, Zhejiang Province started to optimize the visiting procedure from July 2013 to July 2013, and 50 patients admitted to the emergency department during the period from January to June 2013 were selected as the control group. From July to December in 2013, Fifty patients admitted during the optimized treatment were selected as the observation group, and the time and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The time required for observation in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group (P <0.05). The patient satisfaction and nursing quality were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Optimizing the visiting procedure can shorten the visiting time significantly, improve nursing satisfaction and quality of care.
