众所周知,学习型组织的核心是学习。但当前在创建学习型组织的过程中,不少人对学习这一概念在认识上陷入了误区:一是认为“学习无非是上学,听老师讲,读书,这是自古以来就有的”,其言外之意是创建学习型组织没有什么必要。二是有些人大搞各种培训班,认为办学习班就是抓住了学习的关键,等等。这些肤浅,狭隘的传统学习观,正在成为创建学习型组织的“瓶颈”。因此,探讨,揭示学习这一概念的现代内涵,是有效创建学习型组织的当务之急。
As we all know, the core of a learning organization is learning. However, in the process of creating a learning organization, many people have misunderstood the understanding of the concept of learning. First, they think that “learning is nothing more than attending school, listening to teachers, and reading. This has always been the case since ancient times”. Its implication is that there is no need to create a learning organization. The second is that some people are engaged in various training classes, and think that holding a study class is to grasp the key to learning, and so on. These superficial and narrow views of traditional learning are becoming the “bottleneck” for creating learning organizations. Therefore, exploring and revealing the modern connotation of the concept of learning is an urgent task for the effective creation of a learning organization.
