对比研究了碳化硅 ( Si C)、石墨 ( Gr)混杂增强铝硅合金复合材料 ( Al- Si/Si C+ Gr)与铸铁、以及基体铝硅合金的干摩擦磨损性能。 Al- Si/Si C+ Gr显现了优异的耐磨性 ,分别是基体铝硅合金的 6~ 8倍和铸铁的 1~ 3倍。同样 ,其抗咬合性能明显比铸铁好。 Al- Si/Si C+ Gr对配偶钢的磨损非常轻微 ,在 40 N( 1 .44MPa)载荷时配偶钢的磨损分别是铝硅合金基体情况下的 1 /39和铸铁情况的 1 /5。Al- Si/Si C+ Gr-钢摩擦副的总磨损率也很微小。 The friction and wear properties of silicon carbide (Si C), graphite (Gr) hybrid reinforced Al-Si / Si C + Gr and cast iron, and matrix Al-Si alloy were compared. Al-Si / Si C + Gr exhibits excellent wear resistance, which is 6 to 8 times that of the matrix Al-Si alloy and 1 to 3 times that of the cast iron, respectively. Similarly, its anti-bite performance is obviously better than cast iron. Al-Si / Si C + Gr wear to spike steel is very slight. Wear of spike steel is 1/39 in the case of Al-Si alloy and 1/5 in cast iron at 40 N (1.44 MPa) load, respectively. The total wear rate of the Al-Si / Si C + Gr-steel friction pair is also very small.
