随着我国向社会主义市场经济体制的过渡,医疗竞争日趋激烈。医院要生存、发展,不仅要有先进的管理水平和精湛的医疗技术,还必须有良好的医德医风,靠优质的医疗服务,树立医院的良好社会形象,赢得良好的社会声誉。应该看到.近些年来由于受到拜金主义影响,个别医务人员中确实存在着医德滑坡、医风不正的问题,造成了不好的社会影响,甚至成为群众反映较大的社会问题之一。因此,强化医德医风建设是一项十分紧迫而重要的工作。
With the transition of our country to the socialist market economic system, the medical competition has become increasingly fierce. In order to survive and develop, hospitals must not only have advanced management skills and superb medical technology, but also must have good medical ethics, rely on high-quality medical services, establish a good social image of the hospital, and win a good social reputation. It should be noted that in recent years, due to the influence of money worship, individual medical personnel have indeed suffered the problems of medical ethics decline and malpractice, resulting in bad social influences and even becoming one of the larger social issues that the people have complained about. Therefore, it is a very urgent and important task to strengthen medical ethics.
