通过热压缩试验得到了TA15钛合金在不同条件下的流动应力。以温度、应变、应变速率为输入变量,以流动应力为输出变量,建立了BP神经网络。进而利用训练好的BP神经网络建立了TA15钛合金的加工图。利用Prasad判据划分出流动稳定区与流动失稳区,并通过组织观察进行验证,从而可以为实际加工工艺的制定提供参考。
The flow stress of TA15 titanium alloy under different conditions was obtained by hot compression test. Taking temperature, strain and strain rate as input variables and flow stress as output variable, BP neural network was established. Then using the trained BP neural network established TA15 titanium alloy processing diagram. The Prasad criterion is used to divide the flow stability zone and the flow instability zone, and verified by the organization observation, which can provide a reference for the actual processing technology.
