用慢应变速率应力腐蚀试验机研究了含硫天然气输气管道用钢在5%氯化钠溶液中的硫化物应力腐蚀裂开(SSCC) 敏感性与硫化氢浓度之间的关系.本文报导了20号钢和16锰钢在上述介质中发生SSCC的硫化氢极限浓度,为工程设计和生产过程的安全保障提供了重要的参数.
The relationship between sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC) sensitivity and hydrogen sulfide concentration in 5% sodium chloride solution was studied with a slow strain rate stress corrosion testing machine. The ultimate hydrogen sulphide concentration of SSCC in 20 and 16 manganese steels has provided important parameters for the safety of engineering design and manufacturing processes.
