本研究用日本和菲律宾的分离菌株和菌系测定中国稻瘟病菌生理小种鉴别品种及其他一些中国水稻品种.测定结果证明东农363号具有Pi-a和Pi-k基因,合江18号具有Pi-a和Pi-i基因,四丰43号具有 Pi-a,也许还具有 Pi-t或 Pi-b基因.珍龙13号的基因组成尚未确定. 中国水稻品种可能含有比这套鉴别品种中包含的抗病基因多得多的抗病基因,特特普似乎具有更复杂的基因组成.因此,必须通过筛选重新组成具有彼此不同的单个抗病基因的一套中国鉴别品种。
In this study, Japan and the Philippines isolated strains and strains of Magnaporthe oryzae pachyderms race identification varieties and some other Chinese rice varieties.The results showed that Dongnong 363 with Pi-a and Pi-k gene, Hejiang 18 Has Pi-a and Pi-i genes, Siofu 43 has Pi-a and may also have Pi-t or Pi-b genes.Gene composition of Zhenlong 13 has not yet been determined.Chinese rice varieties may contain more than this set of identification Tebpt seems to have a more complex genetic make-up than the much more resistant disease-resistance genes contained in the breed, so a set of Chinese differentiated breeds that have a single disease-resistance gene differing from each other must be re-organized by screening.
