在秋菊扦插中,人们除首选顶芽作插穗外,多选用枝条中部带叶部分扦插,下部老叶和无叶部分多弃之不用。我们于1996年7月中旬在有全光照喷雾设施的砂质插床上,分别进行了顶芽、中部留半叶枝条和下部无叶枝条的扦插试验。插穗长10~12厘米,插前在200ppm的ABT 1号生根液中浸泡半小时,扦插深度为4~5厘米。插后40天,任意抽取各类型苗30株,对其生根进行调查,结果见表。由下表可看出,一级侧根的数量排序为:顶芽>中部>下部;最长根排序为:下部>顶芽>中部;根于重的排序为:顶芽>下部>中部。在实际调查中还清楚地发现下部插穗生根十分粗壮,在生根的同时又产生新芽。而中部插穗则生根纤细,所以根干重远不如下部。
In Chrysanthemum cuttings, in addition to the preferred top buds for cutting, the selection of the middle part of the branches with leaves cuttings, the lower part of the old leaves and leaves no more than abandoned. In the actual survey also clearly found that the lower root cuttings are very thick roots, rooted at the same time produce new shoots. The middle cuttings are rooted in thin, so much less dry roots.
