1 概述豇豆是豆类蔬菜中栽培面积最大的蔬菜之一,不仅营养价值高,受消费者欢迎,而且适应性强,春夏秋三季均可生长,成为解决淡季蔬菜供应的主要品种。豇豆适宜种植的地域范围遍及全国各地。因此,在蔬菜生产中具有不可替代的地位。
1 Overview Cowpea is one of the most cultivated vegetables in legumes, which not only has high nutritional value, is welcomed by consumers, but also has strong adaptability. It grows in spring, summer and autumn, and becomes the main variety to deal with off-season vegetable supply. Cowpea suitable for planting the geographical spread throughout the country.
