长坡选矿厂是50年代建成投产的。长期以来采用螺旋分级机与球磨机(φ1500×1500)构成闭路磨矿,处理多金属硫化矿矿石。主要金属矿物为锡石、铁闪锌矿、磁黄铁矿、黄铁矿、脆硫锑铅矿、毒砂和自然银等,脉石以石英、方解石为主。金属矿物比重大于4,锡石结晶粒度较粗,磨至0.15毫米,单体解离度在90％以上。现采用重选—浮选—重选流程,回收锡、铅、锌、银(银富集于铅精矿中)四种金属。
Changpo beneficiation plant was put into operation in the 50’s. Long-term spiral grader and ball mill (φ1500 × 1500) closed-circuit grinding to deal with polymetallic sulfide ore. The main metal minerals are cassiterite, marmatite, pyrrhotite, pyrite, jasperite, arsenopyrite and natural silver. The gangue is dominated by quartz and calcite. The proportion of metal minerals is greater than 4, cassiterite crystal grain size coarse, mill to 0.15 mm, monomer dissociation in more than 90%. Are using re-election - flotation - re-election process, recovery of tin, lead, zinc, silver (silver enrichment in the lead concentrate) four metals.
